FERRUGINOUS QUARTZ

Ferruginous Quartz is quartz that has yellow, red, or brown tones from inclusions of iron compounds, usually iron oxides and hydrous iron oxides (i.e. Red Hematite Quartz). The proper term or name for this is Ferruginous Quartz.
