We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for orders over $175.

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking numbers

international shipping prices and delivery times vary based on location and weight. For an approximate estimate of delivery times and fees please contact us for a quote. Stoned + Saged takes not responsibility for international custom taxes/ fees/ charges incurred for importation to your country, please check with your customs department for any fees and charges that may be incurred, All and any Import fees and or Taxes are payable by the customer and are not included in the price of your order. Please note, international shipping times are currently greatly affected. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. During high demand periods (School \ Public \ Christmas \ Easter Holidays) please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. We work hard to get all of your orders out as soon as possible.

We are in no way responsible for delivery times once the package has been posted. Standard shipping times apply as set by Australia Post and may change or be delayed without warning.

During checkout you may choose if you would like to collect your order if you are local to the Emerald QLD area, this requires you collect your order from us! Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and collection arrangements to be made however, orders are usually ready for collection within a few hours on our standard trading business days. During high demand periods (School \ Public \ Christmas \ Easter Holidays) please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. We work hard to get all of your orders out as soon as possible.

If your parcel goes missing while on it's way to you please let us know and we will do everything we can to find it, however we take no responsibility for lost packages due to fault of Australia Post, though we will endeavor to have the matter sorted appropriately as quickly as possible. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you: incorrect address, return to sender, Failure to collect from your local post office. If you choose not to have your package resent you will be charged 50% of your total order for restocking and processing fees, the remaining amount will be refunded or offered as store credit. Should you not contact us within 14 days from our first contact for resending, you forfeit your entire order. 

We will happily give you a store credit minus shipping fees if you do not wish the item/s to be resent. 

Please note* Any orders that included free postage will have our standard shipping rate deducted from the credit.
