Refund policy

All sales are final.

We do not refund for change of mind. We do however refund in the event that your order has arrived not as stated or damaged.

We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.

It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to change your order or swap it for a store credit (including your postage fee) but not refund. If your order has been shipped and you change your mind, you may return the items in a safe and secure manner, unused and unopened, at your own cost, for a store credit.

If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product or process a refund if product is unavaliable, however we ask you to please return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a traceable shipping method. You must contact us no later than 3 business days of receiving your order and return within 2 business days of approval. You must provide suitable evidence that your order arrived damaged before return process is approved. Once return process is approved you will recieve a pre-paid shipping label to ship items back. This must be done in appropriate packaging. Upon receiving the item, we will replace your item/s or process a refund if approved.
