CHAKRA | CRYSTAL SUPPORT KIT

A Crystal kit to support and encourage realignment + balance of the chakras. For optimal support, meditation with each stone placed on the corresponding chakra is best. Other options are to carry your crystal pouch or pop under your pillow for support and enhancement of intention + healing.

Red Jasper | Root chakra, 1st chakra.  Red/Brown/Black. located at the base of spine/pelvic bone. Represents grounding, stability, survival instincts + our basic needs
